This bouncer is awesome!
And I got it free (a gift from sis & bro in-law) = DOUBLE AWESOME!
This bouncer would be best used for babies 0-6 months. The soft movement of the bouncer will put the baby to sleep faster than lying on the floor or at least soothe them from crying.
We love this bouncer not only because it is practical, but it makes our traveling easier. It is lightweight and does not use up lots of space. Good for small house and car boot like ours :D
Although the fabric looks thick (not the one in the picture) but it feels cool even in hot climate country like Malaysia.It is easy to remove and washable too.
Its base is equipped with silicone pads to avoid skidding. But of course, it is still unsafe to put the bouncer on the table! Nanti jadi Angry Bird pulak... TOING! hahaha~
The bouncer is adjustable to 3 position, from reclining (perfect for napping) to upright (perfect for people-watching).
We can bounce the baby to sleep while sitting on the sofa or dining too.
And yes it is not cheap. RM699 if you buy it from Mothercare Malaysia be it on SALE or NO SALE. But it worth the money.
After trying this bouncer when we had our first nephew, I have been aiming to have this bouncer for my baby too. Lucky us, we got it as a gift!!!

Sure the BabyBjorn bouncer is a bit pricey but consider this: I have a bouncer that is over 10 years old and is currently being heavily used by a 5th baby/child, you can check it out at BabyBjorn Bouncer. They never go for a poor price as a used item if you take good care of it and that's the catch... it is a really good design made from excellent material so you can take care of it really easily. Just pull the fabric off and wash it. And when you don't need it or wanna transport it you can fold it up and you're good to go. Definitely and excellent item!
